This policy explains what HooginAI ("we") collects, why, who handles it for us, and how to get it deleted. HooginAI is run by Denver Cowan in North Carolina, USA.
What we collect

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Our site currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The bot check on the signup form and the checkout page are run by service providers that set their own cookies so they can work. If we add advertising, analytics or other tracking in the future, we'll update this policy before we do.
Who handles data for us
We use service providers to run HooginAI. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

The summaries in your emails are written with AI tools from public market data. Those tools and our market-data providers never receive your name, your email address or anything else about you.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect HooginAI or its users from fraud or abuse.
- Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect before the next send.
- We currently don't track whether you open our emails or click their links.
- If your address bounces or you mark an email as spam, we stop emailing it.
How long we keep data
- Account data: for as long as you have an account.
- After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address and the fact that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again by mistake. Ask us if you'd rather we delete it entirely.
- Server logs identify users by an internal number, not by email, and are deleted as the server rotates them out, usually within a few months.
- Stripe and Link keep payment records as tax and financial law requires.
Your choices
- Change your stocks or how often you get email: use the link in any email.
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any email.
- See or delete your data: email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll reply within 30 days. Payment data held by Stripe and Link can also be deleted through Link.
Do Not Track
The site doesn't track you across other websites, so a browser's "Do Not Track" signal doesn't change how it works.
Location and children
- HooginAI is run from the United States, and your data is stored and processed in the US. If you sign up from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the US.
- The Service isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we'll email you before the change takes effect and update the date above.
